COST OF POOR QUALITY PROGRAM

This program was implemented and is still in place at a Fortune 500 corporation where no system previously existed. Procedures were developed to guide Controllers and site Quality and management personnel. Dashboards were established for reporting to executive management. Coordination with corporate finance resulted in modified Controller instructions. 
The resultant data from this system led to a focus on year over year savings goals for the team. These savings since inception have exceeded $143M having an exceptional impact on EBITDA.

Whether it's crawling under railcars, meeting with the Purchasing Team, listening to frustrated customers, discussing obstacles to productivity with welders and grinders, evaluating the efficiency of CNC equipment with maintenance personnel, or discussing the cascading of customer requirements with Engineering, we go were the process is being performed to understand what is really going on and to gain the insights of those doing the work in order to help our clients improve their performance.
